The goal of this Style and Preferences Questionnaire is to help us understand your unique functional priorities and aesthetic preferences so we can design in a way that feels right for you.

Your answers will guide our Pre-Design Review call/meeting, where we’ll finalize goals, style direction, and key decisions before diving into the design process.

A few helpful notes

Saving progress: Google Forms only saves your progress if you’re logged into a Google account. If you’re not signed in, we recommend completing the form in one sitting.

Don’t get bogged down: If you’re unsure about a question, quick answers or best guesses are perfectly fine — or feel free to leave tricky items blank. This form is merely an opportunity for you to weigh in on details that are important to you and share any specific ideas you have in mind. We’re here to offer recommendations and guidance as the plan for your space takes shape and we'll work through details together during follow-up conversations. 

Room names: When listing rooms, please use the same wording you selected earlier in the form (e.g., “Great Room” vs “Living Room”) so we can stay consistent.

Links & inspiration: If you have inspiration, a link to a Pinterest board or a few screenshots is more than enough. You don’t need to curate a perfect collection.
