ArcDeco

ArcDeco is an architectural design studio built on a simple idea: the best spaces happen when everything is considered—structure and finishes, flow and feeling, function and beauty. The name is a portmanteau of Architecture and Decor, chosen to reflect a holistic approach to design. Rather than being limited to only one aspect of a project, ArcDeco works across the full spectrum of residential and light commercial projects—from remodels to new construction—guiding each client from early planning through the final details that make a space feel complete.

That start-to-finish mindset is grounded in a clear purpose and mission. ArcDeco exists to serve others humbly in love, and our mission is to create environments where people flourish. In practice, that means design decisions are never made for appearances alone; they’re made to support the people who will live, work, gather, and grow within the space.

Meet The Designer

Lynn Ross,
Design Principal & Founder

Lynn Ross is an architectural designer whose work is defined by a thoughtful balance of function and beauty. She is known for creating spaces that feel timeless, comfortable, and deeply livable—designs that serve real people and real life, without sacrificing character or intention.

Raised in rural Michigan in a turn-of-the-century farmhouse, Lynn developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship and enduring design. The artistry of her childhood home, combined with the creative influence of her parents—a custom drapery maker and a skilled woodworker—shaped her instinct for quality, detail, and work built to last.

From an early age, Lynn was drawn to making and imagining. She designed houses with Lego, sketched cities, sewed clothing and home textiles, refinished furniture, and painted custom murals. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, giving her a deeper understanding of how space, proportion, and material affect the way people feel and live within an environment.

Years of hands-on experience—both in design and in raising a family—have informed Lynn’s deeply practical approach. She brings a calm, attentive presence to each project, taking time to understand how her clients live and what they value, and translating that understanding into spaces that are as functional as they are thoughtfully designed.
