Material Selections & Interior Decor

Thoughtful interiors are built one decision at a time. ArcDeco’s interior design and material selection process is designed to feel organized, collaborative, and enjoyable. Our custom design packages put you in the driver’s seat to purchase recommended materials on your own as well as the freedom to work with whatever contractor you choose. From early direction to final selections, each step is guided by clarity and intention—so your space comes together beautifully and functions effortlessly.

Phase one

Inquiry & Introduction

It all begins with a conversation. You can reach out through our website or by email to share details about your upcoming project. Lynn will follow up with an introductory phone call to learn more about your goals and determine if ArcDeco is the right fit.

Phase Two

Initial Consultation

We’ll meet in person (or virtually, if you’re long-distance) for an initial consultation—a working appointment where Lynn offers insight, ideas, and direction for your project.

Phase Three

Project Proposal

Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, design cost, deliverables, and general timeline. Once approved, we officially begin the design process.

Phase Four

Measuring Appointment

Lynn visits your home or job site to take measurements, confirm details, and refine the project objectives.

Phase FIVE

Preliminary Design Presentation

ArcDeco develops a detailed design plan for your space, supported by mood boards, renderings, and product samples. You’ll meet to review these designs together and discuss the possibilities. Afterward, you’ll receive digital (PDF) of product selections and applicable renderings for your consideration.

Phase SIX

Feedback & Revisions

We schedule a collaborative video call where we discuss your preferences, adjustments, and any ideas needed to refine the design. Revisions are made to reflect your feedback, and the design is fine-tuned to make the space truly yours.

Phase Seven

Design Development & Approval

Based on your feedback, the design is refined and finalized. We’ll meet for a final design review to ensure everything aligns with your goals, both in form and function.

Second payment is due at this stage
Phase Eight

Final Design Documents

ArcDeco prepares the finished design package, including:
- Demolition notes, if applicable, and new floor plans
- Mood board with final product selections
- Product details, pricing, and applicable links
- Key interior elevations and relevant construction specifications
- Full-color 3D renderings

Final payment due upon delivery
