Architectural Design

A beautiful design begins with a clear process. At ArcDeco, that process is both creative and methodical, ensuring that every decision—large or small—supports the integrity of your structure. From the first conversation to the final blueprints, each phase is guided by intention, precision, and an understanding of how people truly live and work. Here’s how ArcDeco transforms ideas into thoughtfully crafted spaces that stand the test of time.

Phase one

Inquiry & Introduction

It all begins with a conversation. You can reach out through our website or by email to share details about your upcoming project. Lynn will follow up with an introductory phone call to learn more about your goals and determine if ArcDeco is the right fit.

Phase Two

Consultation & Proposal

We’ll meet in person for an initial consultation—a working appointment where Lynn offers insight, ideas, and direction for your project. Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, design cost, deliverables, and general timeline. Once approved, we officially begin the design process.

Phase Three

Project Kickoff & Site Visit

Lynn visits your home or project site to take measurements, confirm details, and refine the project objectives.

Phase Four

Initial Design Presentation

ArcDeco develops precise as-built drawings (if applicable) and one or more proposed layout options— supported by detailed 3D models to help you visualize the space. We’ll meet to review these designs together, exploring how each option fulfills your vision. Afterward, you’ll receive digital (PDF) layouts and applicable renderings for your consideration.

Phase FIVE

Feedback & Revisions

We schedule a collaborative video call where we discuss your preferences, adjustments, and any ideas needed to refine the design. Revisions are made to floor plans and 3D models to reflect your feedback, fine-tuning the details that make the space truly yours.

Phase SIX

Design Development & Approval

Based on your feedback, the design is refined and finalized. We’ll meet for a final design review to ensure everything aligns with your goals, both in form and function. 

Second payment is due at this stage

At this point, watermarked preliminary drawings can be shared with your builder for early cost estimation. If it is found that budget adjustments are needed, we’ll collaborate to align the design with your financial plan before moving forward. Please note, however, these additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

Phase Seven

Final Construction Documents

ArcDeco prepares the full set of construction drawings and documents, including:
- As-built drawings and elevations
- Demolition details and new floor plans
- Roof layout and framing coordination
- Cross-sections and construction specifications
- Key interior elevations
- Full-color 3D renderings
- Window, door, and cabinetry schedules

Final payment due upon delivery
