Sometimes you don’t need a full design package to make meaningful progress—you just need clear direction. ArcDeco consultations are a focused way to get professional design direction—available virtually or in person. These one-hour sessions are tailored to your specific questions, whether you’re planning a remodel, refining a floor plan, selecting materials, or simply trying to make a space feel more cohesive.

Whether you choose a virtual session or in-person appointment, Lynn will walk through your space with you, brainstorming ideas, offering feedback, and making practical suggestions to overcome challenges and achieve your goals. You can come prepared with specific questions, share inspiration photos, or send product links. The time is yours, and we’ll use it in the way that serves your project best.

Afterward, you’ll receive a PDF recap with key takeaways, action items, and any links or material notes discussed—so you have a clear path forward. Most importantly, you’ll walk away energized, inspired, and equipped to move forward with confidence.

  • Virtual consultations take place by video call. After booking, you’ll receive a link by email with everything you need to join at your scheduled time. During the session, you can show your space live, share photos or inspiration, review plans or drawings, and ask questions as we work through your goals together. There’s no rigid format—consultations are designed to be flexible, tailored, and practical. Following the call, ArcDeco will send a PDF summary capturing the guidance discussed, recommended next steps, and any specific product links or material details.

    In-person consultations are available for clients located within a one-hour radius of our office, with an additional on-site fee. These appointments are ideal when it’s helpful to experience the space firsthand, review materials in place, or walk through layout considerations together. You’ll receive the same PDF recap afterward, so nothing gets lost and you’ll have clear direction to reference as you move forward.

  • Preparation can be simple or detailed—whatever best fits your goals and timeline. Most clients find it helpful to gather:

    • A few photos or a short video of the space

    • A list of questions you want answered

    • Any inspiration images, links, or products you’re considering

    • If applicable: floor plans, measurements, or sketches

    If you’d like, you can organize these into a quick document so we can review everything efficiently during our time together.

  • For virtual sessions, you can show your space in real time using your phone or computer camera—whatever is easiest. Many clients also prefer to share photos, links, or plans via screen share so we can zoom in on details and compare options quickly. Either approach works well, and we’ll adapt to what you have.

  • Clients are often surprised by how much clarity they gain in a single session. Because Lynn designs spaces every day, she can quickly identify what’s working, what’s missing, and where small changes will have the biggest impact. Most clients leave feeling energized, confident about next steps, and equipped with practical guidance they can act on right away.

  • Virtual sessions are $475 and last one hour. We also offer in-person appointments for $625, available for locations within a one-hour radius of our office in Romeo, Michigan.
